Mini Roos & Academy Training Changes

Under 7 Mini Roos & Mini Roos Girls and Academy training will be at 5:00pm Wednesday night this week not Friday night due to the Mount Gambier Gold Cup races. Under 9's will still be on Friday night.

Lasagna Meal This Sunday

This Sunday, 17th May we will be having Lasagne Chips and Salad and our usual Nuggets and Chips for the children. We are also offering a Vegetarian and Gluten free option. Contact Nicky Jellesma if you would like to order. Include your name, how many adults, how many children and if your children want lasagne or nuggets. Also include if you would like vegetarian or gluten free. Lasagne, vegetarian lasagna and gluten-free lasagne will be made by a local cafe so pre orders are essential.

Team Photos

Team Photos were taken last weekend and are available for order at the cost of $25 for an 8x10 image. To help the club the photographer, Steve Rice, will donate $5 from every photo sold back to the club. Please let your team manager know ASAP if you would like to order a team photo.

Sponsors & Life Members Day

The Clubs annual Sponsors day will be held on May 31st v Apollo. Drinks and nibbles will be provided for the sponsors and life members while watching the A grade match.

Centrals Smart Phone App

The Gambier Centrals smart phone app is now available and it's free. Get all your info at a touch of a button no more searching Facebook or websites. First go to your App Store I phone or android and download the free Team App. Activate your Team App by confirming your information and then confirmation on your email. When that's done search for Gambier Centrals, click on our emblem and your in business. You can then save the gambier Centrals App to your home screen. FIFA Games Night

Centrals will be holding its annual FIFA Game night on Friday May 22nd in the clubrooms. MiniRoos, Under 12s and Under 14s will be held from 6pm to 7:30pm with a pie and pasty night for the kids and a $2 registration to play in the games tournament which will be set up on half a dozen tv screens using X Box and PS Consoles. The Under 17 and Senior Competition will begin at 7:30pm after the juniors concludes. Last year was a great fun night so make sure your kids come along and have some fun. All Grades In Cup Finals

Congratulations to all five of the clubs grades who have made the Cup Finals to be played later in the year. It has been a long time since the club has all of it's teams playing in the first week of any finals and this season Centrals is the only club to have all grades still in the competition. MiniRoos Fixtures

The fixture addresses feedback collected from clubs and parents at the completion of the 2014 season and offers increased opportunities for WBSA MiniRoos juniors to connect with their WBSA club, introduces Millicent and Naracoorte to the fixture list, provides opportunities to connect with MiniRoos communities over the border and features more Saturday Festivals and introduces Friday Night Family Football, it is going to be a great year! Club Memberships Ready To Collect

For those people who have ordered a Club Membership, they are available to collect from Junita Brooks 0400 862 062.
The club will be offering a Club Membership. This membership will cover the gate entrance to all home games, a club meal (2 family, 1 single) and entry to a Members Only night.
Family Membership is $70.00
Single Membership is $40.00

Gate Entrance Fees for all WBSA grounds is $6.00 for Adults, $3.00 for Concession and Under 17 Free.

No Pay, No Play Policy

All players need to be a financial member of the club before they are able take part in any matches this season. This applies to all grades, MiniRoos, Under 12's, Under 14's, Under 17's and Seniors. Please contact Junita Brooks on 0400 862 062 to arrange payment ASAP.

National Police Check Application

For people needing a Police Check you can fill in and/or print a copy of the National Police Check Application form [here]. I am waiting to hear from the WBSA as to the process for lodging applications and Proof of Identity documents.

Laws Of The Game Certificates

The WBSA Website advises that all Centre Referees for Junior Grade Matches (U12, U14, & U17) and all linesperson for senior games (appointed by club) must be qualified a minimum level 4 Junior for 2015. Junior club linesperson need minimum of Law of the Game certificate. To complete the Laws Of The Game Certificate, you will need to sign up. The online course takes a few hours to complete, however there is a Self Help Guide. Need to ensure you save a copy of the completed certificate and send a copy to Paul Mckenzie via email.

FFSA Respect & Code of Conduct

Respect is an on-going programme that the Football Federation SA will implement in all its competitions and with its Affiliated Associations. The aim of Respect is to create an enjoyable and safe playing environment that enables all participants and spectators to partake in our wonderful game free from abuse, criticism, bullying and physical assault.
